The weather is in the 70's and sunny. I love the spring. My sweet peas are coming up and getting ready to bloom and a new amaryllis that is double bloomed on one spike had opened. It's a surprise inside like tulips each time. Lilac trees are blooming and the streets are covered with white blossoms.
I went over to Caro's after school today to pick something up and she gave me some pound cake she made with lemon and some eggplant to take home with ground beef or pork, scallions and sesame oil. I made some rice and asparagus and it was outstanding. I totally forgot my stuff so I'll go back tomarrow.
I think I've about zeroed out my budget for the year. I'm waiting to hear.
I just finished the book Remember Me.
