Wedding Proofs

I really like the Don Mears wedding proofs. I haven't been through all of them yet but so far my favorites are Mikie and her Mom before the wedding , two of Clare,Mike and Mikie at the door of the chapel and the tree shot at the entrance.
The ones at the reception of the first dance/kiss,Gwen and her toast, I never saw her so animated, or crying in the church when Clare screamed out Mommy when she was whisked out the side door; M&M were nasty cake feeders. I don't know what the foot photo was for except to show off pedicures. The tulips around their year book and the cake were nice. Michael looks dazed as the center of attention at the best party ever. It's nice they were sprinkled with rose petals.
I remember Leonard throwing almonds at Bev. Ouch!
There is a nice mix of black and white and color prints. Can't wait until they go on snapfish. My first roll were not great. Those boys "got down" as they great music at the Williamsburg Winery went on. I'm glad they had such a good time. Abby danced my feet off and the next day I could barely get out of bed or straighten my back and almost had to crab walk to the bathroom. It took an hour to straighted up.
That's the same reaction i had when I was setting up my classroom and moving books in August. Then, I got workers comp.

I taught kinder today and we made mother's day pot holders with the child's hand in paint and on the back they wrote "I love you mommy." They also did cards with Happy Mother's Day. I wanted to make one for Gwen with Clare's tiny hand print. Maybe now that she drops into the day care center they will have those shortly.

Richard came over to be tutored. I don't know how we're gonna get him through the final. Now we're making a poster of the 60's. That he can do. I had a kindergirl that was autistic today too. I do agree mainstreaming is a good thing but it does provide teacher challenges, but class empathy and understanding.
